Nintex Worklows is a well known Workflow component which is also available for Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
In Nintex, you can either create a site workflow or a list workflow, which is always based on a list. Lets say we have a user John J. who is starting the listworkflow in his tasklist. The user John J. has unfortunately no permissions on a second list, which is used in the workflow inserting some more data.
This is where the „run as admin“ in Nintex comes in very handy! Use the action xxxxx and tick the checkbox cccc to specify, that this step is running under the permissions of the xxxx.
Nice, ist’it?
